Our attorneys—licensed in 11 states and the District of Columbia—provide counsel to an array of industries throughout Virginia, the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. The services and solutions we develop support the legal requirements of major corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, and individuals. Our commitment to client service is equaled by our commitment to our profession. Many of our attorneys serve in leadership roles within community and legal organizations. Richard Maxwell and John Grove are past presidents of the Roanoke Bar Association. Tom Bagby, past president of the firm, is past president of the Virginia Bar Association (the sixth Woods Rogers attorney to serve in that role) and both Mark Loftis and Elizabeth Perrow served as the President of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. The same organization honored James Jennings Jr. with the 2014 Excellence in Civil Litigation Award.
Woods Rogers has a long-held tradition of being active in civic and community initiatives. Since our inception, our professionals have recognized that the communities in which we serve have been generous to us, and that we have a corporate responsibility to give back.
