The Woods Rogers Summer Associate Program is designed to give law students real-life experience, exposing them to different areas of the law, working with a variety of attorneys. In addition, Woods Rogers makes the Summer Associate Program fun by providing a wide variety of social activities for summer associates to interact with each other and our attorneys outside of the work environment.
In selecting our summer associates, the firm seeks energetic, creative candidates with high academic achievement, including participation on law review, moot court and trial advocacy teams. Strong employment background; strong interpersonal skills, leadership potential and commitment to civic and community involvement are also considered. The firm also considers third-year law students, judicial clerks, and lateral hires. Woods Rogers is an equal opportunity employer and actively recruits qualified minority applicants, with faculty liaisons at various law schools to encourage minority applications.
