As a supervisor, manager or team leader, you are responsible for maintaining a certain standard of performance in your department.  When an employee’s work performance suffers, how do you effectively address it?  Confronting an employee about poor performance is never easy, but by using the concept of constructive confrontation along with successful coaching techniques, you can improve the results of the interactions with your employees.  In this training we will address the following:

  • What is constructive confrontation?

  • Personal reactions to conflict and confrontation

  • Identifying signs and symptoms of a “troubled employee”

  • Effective skills for coaching and performance
