WOODS ROGERS PLC NON-PROFIT SEMINAR SERIES

It has been a long-held tradition at Woods Rogers to be actively civic and community-oriented. Since the firm’s inception, our professionals have maintained the belief that the communities we serve have been generous to us and we have a responsibility to give back. It is in this spirit that we present this three-part seminar series developed specifically for non-profit organizations.

Over these three sessions, we will cover critical subjects such as endowment issues & deaccession of gifts, board governance, tax matters and employment law. We know non-profit organizations have limited budgets and finite resources. So that all area non-profit staff & board members are able to attend and gain the valuable deduction on the legal topics affecting their organizations, we have consciously kept the cost low by working with partners to subsidize certain costs.  Please join us at the Roanoke Higher Education Center, Room 212 for three sessions covering legal topics your organization needs to know.

Registration at 8:00 a.m.
