Working under the guidance of the firm’s Diversity and Recruitment Committees, Woods Rogers will continue to recruit and maintain a diverse professional staff.  Our attorneys actively embrace diversity as a core value through involvement in a broad array of organizations that reflect the diverse backgrounds of our lawyers.  Moreover, attorneys in the firm are active in programs that encourage and mentor minority students at the high school and college levels to pursue the study of law.  We believe that true change and recognition of diversity comes from empowering all groups to take part in the legal process.
