At Woods Rogers, we believe keeping up with the latest technological developments will help us better serve our clients.  To support that goal, we continually invest time and resources to identify and deploy best-in-class systems.  We maintain a secure infrastructure and email system that features three layers of anti-virus protection and anti-spam technology.  The firm's infrastructure also includes a secure WAN, including point-to-point videoconferencing to connect our offices and some client sites. We have also invested in and deployed the infrastructure to support mobile and remote connectivity for our staff and attorneys, to ensure timely response to the needs of our clients.

In addition to industry-standard productivity and management applications, we employ sophisticated document management to facilitate fast access to hundreds of thousands of documents that have been prepared for our clients, along with a customized document production tool that allows for efficient generation of quality documents.  In addition to traditional resources, much of the capability of our library is available to our attorneys through the firm's intranet, which also holds a trove of data and useful tools, enabling additional efficiency for our attorneys and staff.  In order to maintain all this technology, Woods Rogers has a staff of experienced information technology professionals on call 24x7x365 to support the attorneys and staff in providing uninterrupted legal services for our clients.
