Woods Rogers PLC is pleased to announce that Joshua F. P. Long has been named Principal in the firm.
Joshua Forrest Pescud Long is a member of firm's litigation section. Josh concentrates his practice in matters pertaining to business torts, contract disputes, unfair competition and intellectual property. Josh also has experience in employment and land use matters, as well as state and federal appellate practice.
A native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Josh received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond in 1996, and earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina in 1999, where he was a member of the North Carolina Law Review and the Board of Editors of the North Carolina Banking Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Josh practiced law in Charlotte, North Carolina, and was a law clerk for the Honorable Frank W. Bullock, Jr., U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina, in Greensboro, North Carolina.
