Woods Rogers Welcomes New Associate

Roanoke, VA—March 4, 2008 - Woods Rogers PLC is please to announce the addition of Joshua C. Wykle to the firm’s Tax and Corporate Law Sections. Joshua C. Wykle has joined Woods Rogers PLC as an associate in the firm’s Tax and Corporate Sections. Mr. Wykle has joined Woods Rogers after practicing tax law and estate planning in Charlottesville, Virginia. Josh received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2006 and now focuses his practice on various aspects of tax planning, including drafting tax-sensitive trusts, formation of tax-exempt entities, detailing partnership and corporate acquisitions, and preparation of returns for fiduciaries, individuals, and estates.
