Victor Cardwell Interviewed in Regards to Roanoke City School Board's Termination Decision

Victor Cardwell was interviewed on WSLS 10 regarding the recent decision by the Roanoke City School Board to terminate William Fleming High School principal, Susan Willis.   Victor was interviewed as the legal expert on whether or not Roanoke City has a legal right to seek any pay Willis received while she was on paid leave.
