John Byrum Joins Woods Rogers Richmond Office
Richmond, VA
John Byrum has joined the Richmond office of Woods Rogers PLC, bolstering the firm’s regulated industries practice group.
Mr. Byrum comes to Woods Rogers from Troutman Sanders LLP, where he practiced environmental and administrative law. Byrum previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Section where he was the lead litigator for the Commonwealth’s various environmental agencies.
Mr. Byrum is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, where he received a bachelor’s degree in government in 1986. He earned his law degree from the University of Richmond in 1995 where he was a member of the school’s Moot Court Board and the University of Richmond Law Review.
Byrum will continue practicing regulated industries and environmental law at Woods Rogers.
