Kimberly Lacy Joins Woods Rogers’ Richmond Office

Kimberly M. Lacy has joined Woods Rogers PLC as an associate in the firm’s Richmond office.

Her practice focuses on representing closely held and emerging growth companies in a wide variety of transactions, including financings, restructurings, corporate and LLC formations and entity conversions through the firm’s corporate and business law and securities sections.

Ms. Lacy also has experience serving as counsel on transactions involving private placements, stock and asset sales, and mergers and acquisitions. She assists publicly held companies with corporate and SEC reporting matters and regulatory issues, and she has experience in negotiating and preparing executive employment, non-compete and severance agreements.

She is a 2001 graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2005. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2005.
