Regulation CC: A Review of Check Collection Procedures

On February 27, 2010, the Federal Reserve will continue its internal restructuring to establish a single check processing region for purposes of Regulation CC.  Consequently, Virginia Credit Unions may notice an increase in fraudulent transactions because of earlier fund availability.
