Health Care Reform - An Overview for Employers

Both the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), signed into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010, and the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act, signed into law on March 30, 2010, impose new responsibility on employers and will require substantial changes to employer-sponsored group healthcare plans.
