From the North ($.30 toll)
From Interstate 95 South toward Richmond, take 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. Follow 10th Street across Byrd Street, and the West Tower will be on your right.

From the South ($.30 toll)
From Interstate 95 North toward Richmond, take 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. Follow 10th Street across Byrd Street, and the West Tower will be on your right.

From the East ($.30 toll)
From Interstate 64 West toward Richmond, take Interstate 95 South, to 195 Downtown Expressway (exit 74A). From the expressway, take Canal Street exit. Turn left at the first light onto 10th Street. Follow 10th Street across Byrd Street, and the West Tower will be on your right.

From the West ($.70 toll)
From Interstate 64 East toward Richmond, take 195 South/Powhite Parkway to the Downtown Expressway. Once on the expressway, take 2nd Street/Byrd Street exit. Get in right lane and turn right at the fourth light (10th Street); the West Tower will be on your right.

Parking:

All guests should park in the West Tower parking levels.  Please take the West Tower elevator to the Plaza Level and follow signs to the Tower Elevators.  Take the West Tower elevators to the 15th floor.  Bring your parking validation ticket to Woods Rogers PLC, 15th floor, Suite 1550 of the West Tower.
