From Roanoke (and Martinsville and points West):

• Take U.S. Route 220 South toward Martinsville and then the bypass around Martinsville to the west, south and east. Bypass will dead end on the east side of Martinsville at U.S. Route 58
• Turn right. You should be about 21 miles from Danville.When you see overhead street lights in the median, you have entered the City of Danville limits. Go through an undeveloped area and then a commercial zone – K-mart, Hardee’s and Texas Steakhouse on right
• Just after the Texas Steakhouse will be a traffic light. Go straight, but be in the right lane. Just after the light is an exit ramp with a green highway sign that says "29 South Greensboro." Take that exit ramp (on the right). You will now be on the Aiken Bridge crossing the Dan River heading south
• On the south side of the Aiken Bridge, you will see an exit ramp for 29 South Greensboro. DO NOT TAKE THIS EXIT. Go under the overpass and take the very next exit. It will say "Route 413 Memorial Drive Downtown
• The exit ramp will put you on Memorial Drive, with the Dan River on your left. The third stoplight should be at intersection of Memorial Drive and Main Street. Turn right onto Main Steet. You will go through two stop lights and a KFC on the left. When Memorial Drive widens to three lanes, get in the right lane. It will veer off and become North Union Street. Will go through two lights. Stay straight as cross Main Street. Road is now known as South Union Street. Will go 1 block and come to a Stop sign at a T-intersection. Turn left onto Patton Street. Stay in left lane. Go one short block and, just after the intersection of Patton and South Market, pull into the parking lot on left. There are three entrances. You are on the back side (Patton Street side) of 341 Main Street. Come in the basement entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. We are directly across the hall from the elevator

From Richmond (and South Boston and points East):

• Take U.S. Route 360 South to South Boston. This road will dead-end into U.S. Route 58
• Turn right, west toward Danville (about 30 miles away). Take U.S. Route 58 into town. Once within the City limits, will pass the airport on left, Wendy’s on right and a large used car auto dealer on left. U.S. Route 58 will be called River Street here. Will travel through some S-curves under two railroad bridges
• At the next light, turn left onto Martin Luther King Bridge which will feed into Main Street. Go straight to the third stop light. (Light at the end of the bridge is the first stop light to count.) Turn left on to South Union Street. Will go 1 block and come to a stop sign at a T-intersection. Turn left onto Patton Street. Stay in left lane. Go one short block and, just after the intersection of Patton and South Market, pull into the parking lot on left. There are three entrances. You are on the back side (Patton Street side) of 341 Main Street. Come in the basement entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. We are directly across the hall from the elevator

From Lynchburg (and points North):

• Take U.S. Route 29 South toward Danville. As you approach Danville, U.S. Route 29 will bypass the city to the east and south. Stay on U.S. Route 29 until come to exit for U.S. Route 58
• Take the exit for U.S. Route 58 West which will lead you into the center of Danville. U.S. Route 58 will become known as River Street
• Will travel about a mile and will then go through some S-curves under two railroad bridges
• At the next light, turn left onto Martin Luther King Bridge which will feed into Main Street. Go straight to the third stop light. (Light at the end of the bridge is the first stop light to count.) Turn left on to South Union Street. Will go 1 block and come to a stop sign at a T-intersection. Turn left onto Patton Street. Stay in left lane. Go one short block and, just after the intersection of Patton and South Market, pull into the parking lot on left. There are three entrances. You are on the back side (Patton Street side) of 341 Main Street. Come in the basement entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. We are directly across the hall from the elevator

Alternate approach:

• As you approach Danville, take 29 Business, Blairs Exit. Will travel about eight miles going through numerous lights. Will pass Piedmont Mall on right and cross the Dan River over Aiken Bridge
• On the south side of the Aiken Bridge, you will see an exit ramp for 29 South Greensboro. DO NOT TAKE THIS EXIT. Go under the overpass and take the very next exit. It will say "Route 413 Memorial Drive Downtown"

From Greensboro (and most points South):

• Take U.S. Route 29 North (sometimes called I-795) toward Danville
• Take first exit ramp for Danville (left exit). Will be on West Main Street (a four-lane road). Stay on this road. You will eventually see the Dan River on left. (Road will now be called Memorial Drive)
• After passing a green highway sign that says "29 North Lynchburg," you will pass travel through two stop lights and pass a KFC on the left. When Memorial Drive widens to three lanes, get in the right lane. This lane will veer off and become North Union Street. Will go through two lights. Stay straight as cross Main Street. Road is now known as South Union Street. Will go 1 block and come to a stop sign at a T-intersection. Turn left onto Patton Street. Stay in left lane. Go one short block and, just after the intersection of Patton and South Market, pull into the parking lot on left. There are three entrances. From Yanceyville (and points more Southeast):

• Take NC Route 86 to the Virginia-North Carolina state line. Road becomes known as South Main Street in Virginia
• Stay straight – will pass the hospital on right. Will also pass Sacred Heart Church and School on right. Within a few hundred yards of passing Sacred Heart Church and School, will be an exit ramp on the right which will put you on Memorial Drive, with the Dan River on your left
• Once on Memorial Drive, you will pass travel through two stop lights and pass a KFC on the left. When Memorial Drive widens to three lanes, get in the right lane. This lane will veer off and become North Union Street. Will go through two lights. Stay straight as cross Main Street. Road is now known as South Union Street. Will go 1 block and come to a stop sign at a T-intersection. Turn left onto Patton Street. Stay in left lane. Go one short block and, just after the intersection of Patton and South Market, pull into the parking lot on left. There are three entrances.
