Bradley W. Fitzgerald joined Woods Rogers in 1984 and is a principal in the firm’s Roanoke office. Brad is a trial attorney with extensive experience in litigation involving toxic torts, repetitive motion/stress claims and ergonomics, as well as commercial litigation. A member of the Transportation Lawyers Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, Brad chairs the firm’s transportation law practice group and represents railroad companies, trucking companies, and shippers. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, the Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Brad is a 1984 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1981, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
