Frank K. Friedman is Chairman of the Appellate Section of Woods Rogers PLC. Frank is also a former Chair of the Appellate Practice Subsection of the Litigation Section of the Virginia State Bar. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Litigation Section of the Virginia State Bar. Frank served as Chairman of the Board of Editors of The Journal of Civil Litigation for several years.
He is a 1980 graduate of Harvard College and a 1985 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law. Frank joined Woods Rogers in 1985 and quickly gravitated to appellate work. He has handled numerous appeals both in state and federal courts. He is a regular speaker for Virginia CLE on appellate topics.
