Anthony Gambardella is a principal in the Richmond office of Woods Rogers PLC. His practice is concentrated in administrative, appellate, energy, public utility, and telecommunications law, and related litigation. Tony was formerly the General Counsel of the Virginia State Corporation Commission, heading the Commission's Office of General Counsel with responsibilities for legal advice and litigation in public utility, communications, insurance, banking and securities regulation. He has also been a Senior Assistant Attorney General of Virginia in charge of the Antitrust and Consumer Litigation Section of the Attorney General's Office, and he practiced law in the District of Columbia from 1971 to 1976, specializing in nuclear energy regulation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the College of William and Mary and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a member of the bar in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
