Nicole F. Ingle

Nicole Ingle is a principal in the Roanoke office of Woods Rogers PLC where she specializes in commercial real estate, corporate and business law.  She has extensive experience with commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, asset acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, condominiums and  real estate development.  Nicole has handled a wide range of business law matters including HUD loans, aircraft purchases and sales, business formations and open space donations.  Prior to joining Woods Rogers, she was a Senior Staff Attorney for Advance Auto Parts, Inc. where she handled commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leases as well as contract negotiations and counseling of internal clients.

Nicole attended the University of Virginia where she was awarded her B.A. with distinction in 1995. After receiving her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998, she was an associate at Murtha Cullina LLP, a law firm with offices in Hartford and Boston.
