Daniel F. Layman, Jr. is a principal at Woods Rogers PLC. Dan specializes in Real Estate, Zoning and Planning, Mortgages, Leases and Leasing. He received his A.B. in 1968 from Davidson College, Phi Beta Kappa and J.D. in 1974 from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (Order of the Coif, Editor-In-Chief, Tennessee Law Review, 1974).
