Anthony H. Monioudis is the managing principal in the firm's regional office in Danville, Virginia. Anthony's practice focuses on immigration and civil litigation, both commercial and personal injury. He has been privileged to represent numerous businesses and individuals for a variety of work visas, family-based immigration matters, and workplace issues such as I-9 compliance and no-match letters as well as employment authorization, and businesses and individuals in civil litigation with regard to issues important in transportation law, commercial transactions, product liability and warranty matters to declaratory judgment actions, food poisonings, slip and falls and motor vehicle accidents. Anthony is a member of the Danville, Virginia and American Bar Associations, Virginia State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He has twice been the architect in establishing new law in Virginia: once with regard to the scope of permissible expert testimony (Holmes v Doe, 257 Va 573, 151 S.E.2d 117 (1999), and another involving minority sharehoulders and restrictive covenants (Roto-Die v Lesser, 899 F. Supp. 1515 (W.D. Va. 1995). Within the Danville community, Anthony is currently the President of the Danville Reading Center, Secretary of the Danville Sports Club, Treasurer of the Parish Council of St. Peter's Greek Orthodox Church and a former President of the Danville Bar Association. Anthony authored the chapter on Practice and Procedure of Insurance Law in Virginia, published by Virginia CLE Publications and updated annually, and has spoken on a number of occasions on immigration law matters in Danville, Lynchburg and Roanoke.

After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1984, Anthony attended the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1987. He then spent four years in Lexington, Kentucky at the law firm of Landrum & Shouse before joining Woods Rogers in its Danville office in 1991.
