Frank K. Saunders is a native of Bedford, Virginia. Frank entered law practice with Hazlegrove, Shackelford and Carr in 1957 in Roanoke, Virginia, and has remained with that firm and its successors to date specializing in Real Estate Law. Frank graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1952 with a B.A. in History and is a 1955 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
