Dudley F. Woody has practiced labor and employment law with the firm for more than twenty five years. Dudley represents management and has provided training in all aspects of labor and employment law including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, HIPAA, union free management and OSHA. Dudley is an active member of the Roanoke and Virginia State Bars. He sits on the Board of Push America, a national organization assisting the disabled. He is also National Chancellor for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and a member of the Roanoke City Schools Committee on gifted and talented education. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College in 1974 the received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia in 1977. Prior to joining the firm he served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia for The Honorable Ted Dalton.
