J. Lee E. Osborne is a principal at the Roanoke office of Woods Rogers PLC.  He focuses on estate planning and administration, taxation, business planning and transactions and real estate.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, which recognizes individual attorneys for distinguished contributions to the practice of estate planning, probate and trust law.  Mr. Osborne is an adjunct professor at the Washington and Lee School of Law where he teaches Estate Planning.  He has presented continuing legal education programs on various subjects, including Ethics at the Douglas W. Conner Annual Advanced Estate Planning and Administration Seminar.

After graduating from The Collegiate Schools in Richmond, Virginia, Mr. Osborne attended Yale University where he received his B.A. in History in 1976.  Mr. Osborne was a member of the Whiffenpoofs of 1976.  He is a graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1980 and his Master of Law and Taxation degree in 1983.
