Nick Albu is an associate at Woods Rogers PLC in the firm's Corporate and Business Law and Litigation practice groups. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2005 with a B.A. in economics. As an undergraduate, Nick served as student body Vice President.
Nick received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2009. During law school, he was a member of the Journal of Energy, Climate and the Environment and the Environmental Law Digest. He also served as a first year teaching assistant and legal research assistant.
Prior to law school, Nick worked in the underwriting department of a North Carolina worker's compensation insurance company.
