The Employee Benefits Law group of Woods Rogers has experienced attorneys whose depth and sophistication in employee benefits needs meet client needs and anticipate future demands.

The group provides services with respect to retirement plans, welfare plans, liabilities of employee benefit plan fiduciaries, and taxation of employee benefits. Retirement plans include profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, defined benefits plans, ESOPs, and deferred compensation plans. Welfare plans include insured and self-insured health plans, life insurance plans, cafeteria plans, and dependent care plans.
