The Tax Group of Woods Rogers provides creative, sophisticated services for retirement plans, welfare plans, liabilities of employee benefit plan fiduciaries, and taxation of employee benefits. The retirement plans practice include defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, ESOPs, Section 457 plans for tax exempt organizations, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Welfare plans the Group handles include insured and self-insured health plans, life insurance plans, cafeteria plans, severance pay plans, tuition assistance plans and dependent care plans.
