Roanoke, Va.— Two Woods Rogers attorneys are among the 2016 honorees for the 2016 Leaders in the Law program sponsored by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Victor O. Cardwell, Principal and Chair of Woods Rogers’ Labor and Employment practice, is among the honorees for the “Leaders in the Law” recognition. Patice L. Holland, a Principal who practices in the Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, and Litigation practice groups, is among the honorees for the “Up & Coming” attorneys. According to Virginia Lawyers Weekly, Leaders are recognized for “changing the law, serving the community, changing practice or improving Virginia’s justice systems, among other accomplishments.” This is the first year for the Up & Coming ranking, where lawyers across the Commonwealth are within the first ten years of their practice and are “the lawyers who are the leaders of the profession in the future.” Victor and Patice will be recognized at a reception on Thursday, October 27, in Richmond, Va.
