Nicole Ingle focuses on commercial real estate, zoning, finance, tax-exempt bonds, and business law, with extensive experience in commercial loan transactions, commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, asset acquisitions, and development of condominiums and other real estate.
Nicole handles a broad range of business law matters, including HUD loans, aircraft purchases and sales, business formations, and open-space donations.
Prior to joining Woods Rogers, Nicole was senior staff attorney for Advance Auto Parts Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she handled commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leases, as well as contract negotiations and counseling of internal clients. She started her career as an associate at Murtha Cullina LLP, a law firm with offices in Boston and Hartford, Conn.
Nicole received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with distinction. She also earned her law degree from the University of Virginia. Nicole has been recognized as a Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine.
Nicole was recently named as faculty member for the Virginia State Bar Professionalism Course and is a current member of the Executive Committee for Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia. She also served on the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia and the Business Hall of Fame Planning Committee.
