Pietro Sanitate is an Associate in the Woods Rogers Richmond office and part of the Litigation practice team.
Throughout his practice, Pietro has worked on a variety of insurance defense matters including coverage, liability, and workers’ compensation. He has experience in all levels of litigation from investigations and research, to coordinating expert witnesses, and arguing before the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
Pietro graduated with high honors from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law and received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law Distinguished Majors Program (cum laude). During law school, he served as the Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. After law school, Pietro was a Judicial Clerk in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court for the Hon. Frederick G. Rockwell III and Hon. Timothy J. Hauler.
