Tim Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use, Business and Corporate, and Trusts and Estates practice groups.
Based in Charlottesville, Tim assists clients with the sale and exchange of interests in real property and other assets. His experience also includes entity formation and support, estate planning, trust and estate administration, conservation easements, and holding Virginia commissioner of accounts hearings.
Tim is a native of Cary, N.C. and earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His J.D. is from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. He is licensed by the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Virginia and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. His affiliations include the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association.
