Office Manager (Norfolk & Richmond, VA)
Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black is seeking candidates for an Office Manager in our Norfolk, Virginia office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the Paralegal and Legal Assistant Staff on an administrative basis; managing Support Services/Operations to include overseeing the mailroom, supplies, courier requests, and reception; and overseeing facilities by working with landlords, contractors, and vendors on related issues. This role will manage these functions for our Norfolk, and Richmon Offices.
Ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task and change gears when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field; 7+ years’ experience in related field; excellent communication and writing skills; and strong technical and organizational skills. Law firm experience preferred. This is an in-office, exempt position located in our Norfolk Office with minimal travel.
