Office Manager

Woods Rogers is seeking candidates for an Office Manager in our Roanoke, Virginia office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Paralegal and Legal Assistant Staff on an administrative basis;
  • Managing Support Services/Operations to include overseeing the mailroom, supplies, courier requests, and reception;
  • Overseeing facilities by working with landlords, contractors, and vendors on related issues.

This role will manage these functions for our Roanoke, Charlottesville, and Lynchburg offices. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task and change gears when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years experience in related field
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Law firm experience preferred

This is an in-office, exempt position located in our Roanoke Office with minimal travel.
