Trusts & Estates Paralegal

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trusts and estates transactions including

  • probate and estate administration;
  • interaction with the commissioner of accounts;
  • preparation of federal and state income tax returns;
  • preparation of federal estate tax returns; and
  • preparation of estate accountings.

Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. At least four years of trusts and estates paralegal experience required. Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft applications, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
