Conflicts & Intake Assistant
Woods Rogers is seeking to hire a Conflicts & Intake Assistant to join our exceptional Conflicts & New Business Intake team. The Conflicts & Intake Assistant provides administrative and project support to the Conflicts & New Business Intake team, with a primary focus on database cleanup and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt role that may be based in any of our six Virginia offices, with the option to work in a hybrid or fully remote arrangement.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Previous conflicts and new business intake experience.
- Previous experience working with 3E Cloud and Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assist with database cleanup, data validation, and record maintenance projects.
- Support ongoing data integrity initiatives across conflicts and intake systems.
- Review and update records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide backup support for new business intake data entry and related processes.
- Assist with conflicts and intake workflow tasks as needed.
- Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with attorneys, legal assistants, and other staff.
- Track assigned work and complete projects in a timely and reliable manner.
- Support general administrative and operational needs of the department.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
