[clear]2020 was a year like no other. The year that gave us COVID-19 and social unrest also provided plenty of changes to employment law, regulatory enforcement, and the Supreme Court. Now HR professionals are facing a new year, a new Presidential administration, and new issues. This session will look at the biggest changes of 2020 and whether they are likely to stay or go in 2021.

After this session, attendees should be able to:

  1. Name and explain the federal laws and regulations likely to change under the new presidential administration.
  2. Evaluate how possible changes may affect their current workplace.
  3. Create a plan to update policies and procedures as needed to comply with new interpretations or implementations of federal employment law.
