  • Counseling U.S. legal permanent residents during their temporary assignments abroad, on international relocation, the citizenship process, and complex family matters, including marriages to foreign nationals
  • Drafting immigration and relocation policies and corporate recruiter manuals
  • Advising investors and escrow agents on all aspects of EB-5 program and regional centers investment opportunities
  • Counseling and compliance in connection with employment eligibility verification, E-Verify, electronic I-9 programs, “no match” letters, DOL audits, and ICE raids
  • Assisting hospitals, medical research organizations, and academia with temporary visas, J-1 Conrad waivers, and permanent residence for foreign medical graduate physicians, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and researchers
  • Assisting multinational companies with blanket L status, business immigration strategies, intracompany transfers, and temporary assignments abroad, including global relocation and secondment policies
  • Assisting foreign performance artists and entertainers with temporary visas and permanent residence
  • Processing outstanding researcher and outstanding professor petitions for universities, colleges, and private industry
  • Assisting start-up and foreign companies with the establishment of U.S. operations, corporate entity formation, and recruitment of talent
