- Governmental permitting and litigation over the build out of cell sites and networks including litigation arising under Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996
- Negotiation and litigation regarding imposition of utility taxes on providers of wireless telecommunications services

- Representing the providers in actions arising under consumer complaints
