In the category of Litigation: General Commercial, Chambers ranked James Jennings as a Senior Statesperson, noting “His practice draws on longstanding experience in trial proceedings.” Mark Loftis, Chair of Woods Rogers’ Litigation practice group, was named to Band 3 for his “broad civil litigation capabilities.”
Michael Hastings was named in Band 1 for his excellent work in Bankruptcy/Restructuring. Chambers notes he is “much admired for his bankruptcy practice, which includes advising debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.”
