Daniel brings extensive experience with complex M&A and commercial transactions, as well as partnerships, project investments and joint ventures. Daniel also advises clients on corporate structures, including formation, organization, and governance of the business entities that make up their enterprise.

Previously at an international firm in Washington, D.C., Daniel has led cross-border transactions for clients in a variety of sectors, including energy, technology, and pharmaceuticals. He also served as in-house legal counsel to a major financial institution's commodities trading desk in London.
