Get To Know Keith

A former U.S. Army Ranger, Keith is a dedicated litigator with experience both in the Army and the private sector. He brings a disciplined, strategic approach to advocacy along with a deep understanding of risk management and mission-focused problem solving.

Keith completed active-duty service with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps after eight years. His time in uniform included roles as the sole prosecutor for U.S. Army Garrison – Wiesbaden, legal advisor to the 75th Ranger Regiment, and commander of the legal training program for new Judge Advocates. Prior to joining the service, Keith practiced civil litigation in North Carolina. 

Keith lives in Charlottesville with his wife and two children.

Experience

  • Served as legal advisor and Ethics Counselor for the 75th Ranger Regiment. Provided advice to senior leaders on federal acquisitions, investigations in workplace misconduct, application of federal ethics rules, and support to overseas operations. 
  • Oversaw the training of all new U.S. Army Judge Advocates resulting in the successful certification of over 500 new officers.
  • Served as lead prosecutor for the U.S. Army in Wiesbaden, Germany overseeing felony prosecutions, administrative hearings, and investigations in a complex international environment.
  • Defended clients in civil litigation focused on construction defects.
