2020 was a year like no other. The year that gave us COVID-19 and social unrest also provided plenty of changes to employment law, regulatory enforcement, and the Supreme Court. Now HR professionals are facing a new year, a new Presidential administration, and new issues. This session will look at the biggest changes of 2020 and whether they are likely to stay or go in 2021.
