Woods Rogers and DePaul Community Resources—a Roanoke-based child and family services nonprofit—have a multi-year relationship that involves not only legal counsel, but also community service.  Attorney Nicole Ingle has handled real estate transactions for DePaul and attorney Tom Winn has served on the nonprofit’s Board of Directors. In 2011, Ms. Ingle represented DePaul when the YWCA merged with the organization—a move that included acquiring one of downtown Roanoke’s historic properties—the former YWCA building built in 1930 at a size of approximately 28,000 square feet. In July 2014, she represented DePaul a second time  as legal counsel for the $615,000 sale transaction of the building—located at 605 First Street— to its new owner, First and Franklin LLC.
