Rod Adams, an experienced health law attorney, joined Woods Rogers as part of the Medical Malpractice Defense and Health Law practice groups. With his addition, Woods Rogers’ Health Law team and the firm’s Richmond office continue to grow in numbers and experience.
Rod has tried more than 75 cases to jury verdict during his 30 years of trial experience. He has been ranked by many publications, including Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, Benchmark, and Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to his client work, Rod authored and contributed to several published books and articles on medical law and regulatory compliance in Virginia. He also teaches at the University of Richmond School of Law, Virginia Commonwealth University, and leads study abroad programs in global bioethics for undergraduates at William & Mary.
