Karen has represented clients in complex construction disputes and provided risk management advice regarding construction and commercial real estate development.

Karen earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Colgate University with Honors in Political Science. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she edited the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Before law school, she worked in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Karen is admitted to the bar in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania.
