
Get To Know Lindsay
Lindsay supports attorneys through every stage of workers’ compensation matters, from initial claim intake and discovery to hearing preparation. She assists with the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, medical records, and exhibits before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Before earning her paralegal degree, Lindsay worked as a legal assistant in Woods Rogers’ Richmond office. She also brings valuable experience from her time as a Lead Deputy Clerk with the Chesterfield Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court, as well as her prior work as a paralegal at a Richmond law firm.
Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves visiting the beach whenever she can and values time to recharge with family and friends.
