Randeep is a registered patent agent with more than 15 years of experience in AmLaw and boutique firms, as well as the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He specializes in life sciences intellectual property, with extensive experience securing patent protection for biomedical, biotechnological, and chemical innovations.

He has prosecuted over 200 U.S. patent applications involving antibodies, enzymes, industrial biotechnology, drug delivery systems, biomarkers, companion diagnostics, pharmaceutical formulations, and medical devices. His work includes drafting complex office action responses, provisional and non‑provisional applications, and coordinating foreign filings under demanding timelines.

Before entering private practice, Randeep served as a patent examiner at the USPTO, evaluating medical devices, biotechnological, and chemical inventions and collaborating with inventors, attorneys, and in‑house counsel to determine patentable subject matter.

Outside of the office, Randeep enjoys sports (mostly watching and occasionally playing), reading almost any type of non-fiction, and spending time with his family.
