With more than 20 years of marketing experience, Tatti has developed and managed programs that support business development, professional growth, and client engagement. She works closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, advising on business development strategy, thought leadership, and client-focused communications. Many clients recognize Tatti from her leadership role behind the scenes of the firm’s annual Labor & Employment seminars, which draw hundreds of attendees across multiple locations.

Whether she’s helping firm leadership think through marketing strategy or working one-on-one with attorneys to translate complex legal concepts into messages that resonate with diverse audiences, Tatti is known as a clear and practical communicator. She is especially valued for her collaborative approach and her ability to turn ideas into action.

Tatti has a habit of critiquing ads while her family is trying to watch TV. When she's not playing armchair critic, she enjoys crocheting, reading non-fiction, and enjoying long walks on the greenway.
