Lindsey is a litigation and intellectual property associate who helps clients protect, enforce, and defend their intellectual property rights in federal court, in trademark matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in business disputes involving valuable brands, technology, and creative works.

Her practice includes Hatch-Waxman/ANDA pharmaceutical patent litigation, trademark prosecution and enforcement, TTAB proceedings, copyright disputes, and other intellectual property litigation. In ANDA litigation, Lindsey works with clients and litigation teams on disputes involving generic drug products, pharmaceutical patents, and related FDA-regulated issues.

Lindsey also advises clients on trademark prosecution, registration, and brand-protection strategies. She assists with trademark clearance, application strategy, Office Action responses, coexistence agreements, enforcement matters, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, she collaborates with the firm’s registered patent attorneys and IP litigators on patent and other intellectual property matters.

In addition to her litigation and intellectual property work, Lindsey maintains a health law practice advising healthcare clients on regulatory, corporate, and operational matters. She has successfully guided practitioners through numerous matters before the Department of Health Professions, assisting healthcare professionals during state regulatory board investigations.

Before shifting her practice toward intellectual property and federal litigation, Lindsey represented healthcare providers, hospitals, professionals, and businesses in Virginia medical malpractice defense, professional liability defense, and general litigation matters. Her prior litigation experience provides a strong foundation for managing complex, high-stakes litigation matters.

Lindsey and her husband, Chase, enjoy traveling around the United States to visit national parks. In 2016, they flew to Los Angeles to begin the ultimate road trip and proceeded to camp at numerous national parks up the West Coast, eventually ending at Olympic National Park in Washington. They crossed a few more off their list with recent visits to Hawaii and Alaska.
