Get To Know Alex
Alex focuses his practice on management-side employment law and compliance issues. He helps business owners and HR professionals understand their legal obligations and help protect them against employment claims. If a claim does arise, Alex leans on prior clerkship experience to defend his clients before professional boards and in state and federal courts.
Before joining Woods Rogers, Alex served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David W. Lannetti and the Honorable Joseph C. Lindsey in Norfolk, Virginia, where he gained valuable insight into trial and appellate proceedings. Alex earned his J.D. from George Mason University Law School, where he wrote for the Journal of Law, Economics and Policy and was a member of the Business Law Society.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys exploring Richmond with his partner. On the weekends, you can find Alex outdoors, either mountain biking or golfing during the summer and skiing during the winter. Alex is also an avid sports fan and enjoys going to as many sporting events as possible.
